What we build

One sprint. Three ways to launch.

The offer stays simple: a founder-sized scope, one senior iOS team and a real product you can put in users' hands.

MVP from scratch

Turn the product in your head into the first focused version customers can actually use.

  • Product scope and UX
  • Native SwiftUI build
  • Backend and analytics setup

Existing product, rebuilt

Replace a fragile prototype or no-code build with a fast, maintainable native iOS foundation.

  • Product and code audit
  • Core-flow migration
  • Performance and polish

AI-powered iOS app

Ship an AI-native experience that feels like a product, not a model wrapped in a chat box.

  • Voice, vision and assistants
  • Guardrails and evaluations
  • Secure model integration
The sprint

Fourteen days,
idea to App Store.

No drifting discovery phase. Every day has a job, every decision has an owner and you see the app working before the first week is over.

Days 1–2

Scope the launch

We lock the one version worth shipping now: audience, core loop, screens and success criteria.

Days 3–4

Design the product

Flows, interface and native patterns are approved. You tap through the first working direction.

Days 5–9

Build in Swift

Senior engineers ship the core experience, integrations and data layer with a demo every day.

Days 10–12

Test in TestFlight

Real-device QA, accessibility, performance, edge cases and founder feedback go straight back in.

Days 13–14

Launch and hand over

Store assets, submission, analytics, source code, credentials and a recorded handover—done.

Day 15 →

You own a real foundation. Keep us for another focused sprint or take the app in-house. The repository, accounts and product knowledge leave with you.

How we work

Speed without startup theatre.

Two weeks works because the sprint is protected from everything that slows agency projects down: hand-offs, vague scope and decisions waiting in inboxes.

Fixed scope, fixed price

You know what ships and what it costs before day one. Anything else becomes a deliberate next sprint.

Senior iOS builders only

The people on your scoping call design and write the product. There is no junior hand-off.

A working demo every day

You watch the app become real in small, reviewable increments instead of waiting for a final reveal.

You own the whole product

Source code, App Store Connect, infrastructure, design files and documentation are yours from launch.

FAQ

Fair questions.

What can actually fit into 14 days?

A focused launch version with one excellent core loop. On the scoping call we cut anything that does not help a user reach that outcome, then price the approved version as one sprint.

What technology do you use?

Native Swift and SwiftUI for the app, with deliberately boring backend choices matched to the product. We can add subscriptions, analytics, notifications, AI features and third-party integrations when the scope needs them.

What if Apple's review takes longer?

We prepare the listing and submission early. If Apple's queue runs beyond the sprint, your launch-ready build is live in TestFlight on day 14 and we stay with the submission through approval.

How does pricing work?

One fixed price for the agreed 14-day scope, quoted after the first call. No hourly billing, surprise change orders or open-ended discovery fees.

Who owns the app and accounts?

You do. The repository, Apple developer setup, infrastructure, design files, analytics and documentation are handed over in accounts you control.

What happens after launch?

We include a short launch-support window, then you can bring the product in-house or book another fixed sprint for the next highest-leverage release.

Start your sprint

Your app could be in users' hands two weeks from today.

Tell us the problem, the user and why now. We will reply within 24 hours with the version we would ship first.
